Our Australian Native Finger Limes are juicy and full of zing. Many chefs love to use the Finger Lime in their cooking. One chef used our finger Limes in the GoldCoast Signature Dish Competition in 2007...making the finals in the cook off! Out of 100 chefs,
he finished in the top 3!

The finger lime is rich in antioxidants and is used in a variety of ways: Squeezed over seafood, added to drinks such as gin and tonic, spread in the form of marmalade and used in our beauty products. We have released our very own finger lime shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, body spray and moisturising cream. They are all natural products that are chemical free and pH balanced.

BUDDHA’S HAND

Buddha's Hand citron, or Fingered citron. 'Citrus medica'

The Buddha's hand fruit resembles a human hand! It originates from the foothills of the Himalayas. It is a citrus fruit with a lemon lime flavour. The rind is grated and added to toss salad, stirfries or anything else that you think would like a boost of flavour. (Paul Mecurio - see media link - used our Buddha's hand fruit in ice cream). We also have made our very own Buddha's hand marmalade and relish. (see products link). The fruit is known for its medicinal qualities . It is also known as the "house warming" gift, as it lets off its lemon lime aroma when left in the house.

YUZU FRUIT

Yuzu is a citrus that originated from East Asia. It is a fruit that is used in Japanese cuisine. The rind is used in cooking and the juice is used in a similar way to the lemon. This fruit is used by women to bath in, as it is very good for the skin and has a strong aroma. The oil from the skin is also marketed as a fragrance. As a result, we have released our own Yuzu beauty range. We have Yuzu shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, body spray and moisturising cream. All these products are chemical free and pH balanced.
